Of course culture plays a big role when you want to understand how you can have a good relationship with a Vietnamese woman. However most Vietnamese women generally want the same kind of love that any woman would want in a relationship. Americans have been passing around rumors for too long about Vietnamese women being gold-diggers and deceptive. Typically, the stories you hear from people who have had bad experiences with Vietnamese women are coming from dumb-ass dudes who would cheat on their wife or typically have no respect for woman anyways and would mistreat or physically beat his women when the tough gets going. Did you know that a lot of Vietnamese women leave their American husbands due to multiple reasons including: physical abuse, husband irresponsible gambling problems, drinking problem, husband laziness, husband cheating..and the list goes on and on. Of course you don't hear about these things because more than likely the person who is telling you their story is a dishonest jerk or you are getting the story from a friend or family of that dishonest jerk. You want a good woman?.. 1) Get to know her first.. be honest.. 2) Stop acting like you are trying to buy her with your wealth and success (I'm pretty sure women of your own country wouldn't like the feeling of being bought like a prostitute. So what makes you think it is acceptable behavior anywhere else.) 3) Be respectful 4) If you are not a family person, don't even bother trying to get with a Vietnamese woman because family is huge part of our culture.
